Last updated
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexyron Technologies, Inc. (“Nexyron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit nexyron.com or use the Nexyron workspace (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company details, account credentials, billing information, support messages, and the content you choose to create or upload. We also collect technical information automatically, including device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, product usage events, and diagnostic data.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the Services, create and secure accounts, process subscriptions and payments, respond to your requests, improve product features, send service updates, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing and your content
When you submit prompts, files, brand guidelines, or other content, we process it to generate the drafts and insights you request. We work with carefully selected AI infrastructure providers under contracts that require confidentiality and security. Your workspace content is never used to train public AI models, and you can delete it at any time.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, remembering your preferences, and understanding how visitors use our website. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences banner.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as hosting, payments, and customer support), professional advisers, authorities when required by law, or a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition. Every provider is bound by appropriate data protection terms.
6. Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax, or security purposes. We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@nexyron.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by law.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Nexyron is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect information transferred internationally.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in the product.
